Legal Disclaimer

ClearPath Consulting provides advisory, and consulting services intended to assist healthcare businesses in understanding and implementing applicable State and Federal regulations. While we strive to ensure that all guidance is accurate, current, and aligned with relevant compliance standards, our services do not constitute legal or regulatory guarantees.

 

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that ClearPath Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business disruptions, citations, fines, or license suspensions, arising from your organization’s use of our recommendations or deliverables.

 

All final decisions, compliance responsibilities, and operational implementations remain the sole responsibility of the client. We strongly encourage clients to seek legal counsel or appropriate regulatory guidance when making critical decisions affecting their licensure, certification, or business operations.

Terms & Conditions

Silver / Gold / Platinum Plan – Healthcare Consulting Support

  • Silver Plan includes 1.5 hours of monthly support tailored to the operational and compliance needs of your healthcare business.

  • Gold Plan includes 3 hours of monthly support

  • Platinum Plan includes 6 hours of monthly support

Plan Details:

  • Hours do roll over throughout the year but must be used by January 1st, as all unused hours reset annually on this date.

  • This service is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
     

Included Services:

Operational Support may include:

  • Review of daily progress notes and documentation

  • Client and staff file reviews

  • Form and policy development or revisions

  • Referral packet reviews

  • Admissions assistance

  • Support via phone, email, or messaging

  • Part V documentation reviews
     

Compliance Management Support may include:

  • Internal investigation reviews

  • Quality Improvement Plan and Risk Management Plan reviews

  • Updates and summaries of DBHDS and DMAS memos and bulletins

  • Assistance with entering Corrective Action Plans into CONNECT
     

Scheduling & Additional Time:

  • All services must be scheduled through our private client calendar, which will be provided in your welcome email.

  • If your business requires support beyond the included hours in your plan, additional time will be billed at:

    • $175/hour for Operational Support

    • $225/hour for Compliance Support

  • We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for all service requests.

    • Requests requiring completion in less than 7 days will incur an expedited service fee, starting at $250, depending on urgency and scope.  Clients on the Platinum Plan receive 1/2 off expedited service fee.
       

Plan Continuation & Cancellation:

  • All plans remain active unless cancelled by the client.

  • If you cancel and later re-enroll, you will be subject to the current rates at that time.

Electronic Management Systems:

  • Though clients are not required to implement an electronic file system within their organization, it is highly recommended.  

  • All monthly clients are required to use the compliance management system; www.123ezalerts.com.  DD Group Home providers in the State of Virginia must register for the ADVANCED plan.  All other providers may use the FREE Tier.  Please have your accounts registered prior to your first consulting meeting.
